Was there supposed to be a handout for Module 5 – Week 7 – Study 2?

Hello Lucy,
Yes, you are correct. It should have a handout. Therefore, I have added the handout to that page and it is now accessible to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was accidentally placed on the study for the next week. I believe this handout will apply to Study Two in Week Seven as well as Study One in Week Eight.

Hello Lucy,
Currently no, there is no content from that study or Study One in Week Nine. They are currently place holders and cannot be removed. We may or may not add content to them in the future, but for now skip past them. Please click the mark complete button on each of those to be able to continue on to Module Six.

There seems to be a technical problem with Module 6 – week 4 – study 1. It stops at 22 seconds.

Hi Lucy,
I have checked on multiple devices and I have not been able to recreate the issue. The system is playing the files back properly. The file itself is complete and does not have a break or a gap at 22 seconds. If you are on a cell phone or tablet I would suggest that you restart your device and try again. If you are on a computer, I would also suggest the same. If you are using a wireless connection, (or direct connection for that matter) you may want to turn off your modem or router, wait for about 20 secs and then plug it back it to let it reset the connection. Hopefully that helps.
